Chalets Lanaudière joins the Otis Nature accommodation network.
As part of our ongoing commitment to the mission of Chalets Lanaudière, we have set ourselves the goal of making nature getaways and outdoor activities accessible to everyone.
We're excited to announce the addition of six new universally accessible accommodations at Chalets Lanaudière, including two units accommodating up to 4 guests and four units accommodating up to 6 guests.
Chalets Lanaudière is also joining the Otis Nature accommodation network, creating even more opportunities for guests to discover unique nature getaways and enjoy memorable outdoor experiences.
This expansion reflects our ongoing commitment to providing an exceptional experience for our guests. Our new accommodations will feature all the modern comforts you need, including beautifully appointed bedrooms, private bathrooms, quality amenities and Wi-Fi. We've also designed inviting outdoor relaxation areas, complete with BBQ facilities and fire pits for cozy evenings under the stars, so you can make the most of your stay.
We're excited to offer our guests even more accommodation options to suit their needs. Whether you're planning a relaxing getaway or a business retreat, we look forward to welcoming you to our new mini-cottages.
These new mini-cottages will be available to rent starting this fall. Reservations for the fall and upcoming winter season will open in just a few weeks. We'll continue sharing construction updates and exciting news about our new accommodations on our website and social media channels, so stay tuned!
We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the many partners who have contributed to making this project possible. We look forward to recognizing their involvement during the official launch.
What is a universally accessible accommodation?
A universally accessible accommodation is a living space designed to be accessible and comfortable for everyone, regardless of age, height, physical ability or health condition.
These accommodations are thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of people with disabilities or mobility limitations, as well as seniors, pregnant women and families with young children. They feature accessible amenities such as ramps, wider doorways, adapted bathrooms, accessible kitchenettes and grab bars.
The goal is to provide a safe, comfortable and accessible environment that promotes independence and allows everyone to fully enjoy their stay. By offering accommodations designed for people of all abilities, Chalets Lanaudière is committed to fostering inclusion, removing barriers and making memorable nature getaways accessible to everyone.
